Physiologist
I believe interoception is a human right—you deserve to Know Your Physio, discover your science, and live fully optimized with clarity, energy, and purpose.”
I was born in New York, raised in Venezuela and Miami, and spent most of my early years struggling with ADD, anxiety, insomnia, and body image issues—even with two medical professionals as parents. After nearly a decade on the highest prescribed dose of Adderall XR (60mg), I truly believed my brain was broken—until at 16, I stumbled into a neuroscience summer program that changed everything. I learned the brain could rewire itself—and for the first time, I saw a way out.
That realization lit a fire in me. I quit the medications that were keeping me stuck, and made my own body and mind the experiment. What started as a selfish mission to fix myself became something bigger: a drive to understand the science that makes us who we are—and use it to help others do the same.
In a year, I gained 30 pounds of lean muscle, crushed the ACT at the 99th percentile, rebuilt my confidence, and proved I didn’t have to live inside a diagnosis. I went all-in on studying human potential at the University of Miami, majoring in Exercise Physiology and minoring in Psychology. I worked as a graduate assistant teaching nutrition and physiology, researcher and manager of a lifestyle medicine internship, and athletic trainer for the UM Boxing Club, while pushing myself physically as a bodybuilder at 6% body fat—all fueled by a real obsession with how the body and mind work together.
Even when COVID shut down my master’s program in Applied Physiology and Nutrition, I kept going—I’m now pursuing a Master’s in Biomedical Neuroscience online through the University of Florida. Learning hasn’t stopped outside the classroom either: through hosting my world-ranked Know Your Physio podcast, I get to learn directly from the best experts in health, fitness, and human performance.
Today, I coach Fortune 500 CEOs, elite athletes, and ambitious entrepreneurs—helping them master recovery, energy, and mental clarity, without needing stimulants, hacks, or burnout. Through coaching, building tools, designing courses, and speaking on stages, my mission is to show people what’s possible when they finally reconnect with their physiology.
When I’m not studying or coaching, you’ll probably find me enjoying Shabbat with loved ones, spearfishing, fly fishing, cooking, reading, grinding on OSRS, or hanging out with my Mini Aussie, Darwin.
Let’s discover your science and optimize your life!
Chief Operating Officer
As COO of Know Your Physio, Max is on a mission to empower high performers to reclaim their energy, focus, and vitality—starting with solving one of the most overlooked challenges in modern health: brain fog.A graduate of Florida State University’s selective Jim Moran School of Entrepreneurship, Max began his career exploring the intersection of policy and wellness, contributing to regulatory efforts around medical marijuana access during a formative internship with Floridan Partners. But it wasn’t until his MBA years in Miami, working at Foretell Reality, that his interest in health-tech truly took root.
At Foretell, Max helped market virtual and augmented reality tools for patients battling substance abuse, social anxiety, and other behavioral health challenges—an experience that revealed the transformative potential of technology in patient care. This led Max to Digital Wellness, where he joined the team behind the Mayo Clinic Diet. There, Max played a pivotal role across both product and marketing, helping generate over $10 million in revenue through Salesforce campaigns, moderating physician-led panels for tens of thousands of members, and collaborating with product teams to improve retention and user satisfaction.
In 2024, Max joined Know Your Physio alongside founder Andres Preschel, drawn by both the mission and his own personal journey through cognitive fatigue. Today, he oversees daily operations, growth strategy, and member success. Know Your Physio is on track to surpass $1.5 million in annual recurring revenue—delivering science-backed transformation to hundreds of busy professionals worldwide.
Max lives in Bal Harbour, Florida, where he splits his time between rowing sessions, rewatching Curb Your Enthusiasm, and making sure the Know Your Physio team actually checks the Monday board.

Director, Digital Production
Hey there! I’m Samar Faizan — the go-to creative and operations Swiss knife behind the scenes at Know Your Physio. Over the past few years, I’ve evolved from a graphic designer and web developer into a multidisciplinary digital powerhouse, helping build and scale Andrés Preschel’s personal brand and business.
From designing sleek visuals and editing high-impact podcasts to managing digital marketing campaigns, onboarding clients, and solving last-minute tech challenges — I do whatever it takes to keep things running smoothly and creatively. If no one else can figure it out, chances are I already did.
My journey with Andrés began over a logo project and has grown into a full-fledged creative partnership rooted in trust, performance, and a shared vision of excellence.
Whether it’s launching a new funnel, automating operations, or giving a brand the aesthetic edge it needs, I bring commitment, speed, and heart to every task. I’m not just here to get the job done — I’m here to make it unforgettable.
Client Success Manager
As Client Success Manager at Know Your Physio, I’m dedicated to making your wellness journey smooth and enjoyable while our expert coaches guide your transformation! I’m that go-to person who keeps things running smoothly while bringing positive energy to every step of the way. I love connecting with clients, breaking down complicated processes into simple steps, and creating those “wow” moments that make this whole experience worth it!
My passion for helping others comes straight from my own fitness and health experiences. I’ve been there trying to figure out the best path forward and wishing I had someone in my corner making it all easier to navigate. That personal journey, combined with my business degree from Florida International University, means I bring both heart and organizational skills to make your experience amazing.
I consider it such a privilege to be part of your health journey—from that first “let’s do this” moment through every victory along the way. My goal is simple: I want you to feel supported, heard, and empowered as you discover your own unique path to wellness. When I’m not helping clients, I love staying active with working out and running, finding joy in baking, and recharging by the beach.
